The minimum requirement for a legal wedding ceremony is to have a marrying couple say the legal vows in the presence of two witnesses and a registered marriage celebrant. 

When designing a wedding or a ceremony, I provide ideas to

- write and share the client's personal story

- add some readings (a poem or a short paragraph) by relatives or friends

- add ritual (other than the ring ceremony) like a rose ceremony, a candle ceremony, a promise to child/ren, or an unusual ceremony of your own such as planting a tree! It all depends on the chosen venue and the client's request.

Yes, I can. Provided the legal vows are said in front of two witnesses and me. It can be arranged at the same time as your religious ceremony. You may need to arrange a place to perform the legal wedding, please check with your venue. 

So, you can have the exact date and time of marriage on your official certificate as your religious ceremony.
